The fun run...

On Tuesday morning, Max's class did a little "fun run" through the neighbourhood to give the kids a taste of what it's like to participate in a race. I said I could help out with it and since our house was direclty on the route, I had the fun job of making sure the sprinkler was set up in the lawn and going so the kids could run through it as they ran by. They all loved that, especially since it's been so hot and humid.  :)

Holden was at the start of the pack, chased closely by the Maxter... that is exactly what I expected to see!

I hung around a bit after the race and watched the kids having fun doing tug-of-war, softball throw and running long jump...
