Tis the season... to be sick!

Friday afternoon, Max returned home from school sneezing and coughing, blowing his nose and dealing with watery eyes. In fact one of his eyes was swollen and half closed. Poor guy. Have to let it take it's course...
  • Friday night we went out to see a movie with friends and Max stayed with their kids who were old enough to babysit.
  • Saturday Max had a hockey game in Acton but by the time the afternoon rolled around his eye had started swelling and he had no energy. Easy decision to stay home.
  • I spent the majority of the day making and preparing food.
  • Keith went out to buy a new TV for our basement instead of going to hockey. The TV in the basement went upstairs and the TV that was upstairs went to the dump...bye bye green TV!
  • Sunday we had the Roth Christmas Dinner at noon.
  • Max had a hockey game against Hespler at 4:30. He played but we could tell he still wasn't feeling 100%.
  • In the evening was the NH Santa Claus Parade. We skipped it since Max was feeling under the weather and also Keith's parents stopped by for a visit...they are here in the area for the upcoming week.
