This was an ordinary summer day with nothing on the agenda. If it wouldn't be for these photos I came across, I wouldn't remember it at all. A few little photos are all it takes to prompt me to remember exactly what was going on that day.
A little project for the Maxter: Assemble and put together all the pieces of his playmobile airport set; ensure all the pieces and directions are together for each set. This is in preparation of selling it on Kijiji in the fall closer to Christmas.
Lunch time: little ceasars pizza (fundraiser through Kyle & Kurtis), crispy grapes, yogurt, carrots from grandma (the only kind he likes to eat raw) and some organic lemonade that was on sale at the grocery store...
Craft time: It was a bit of a disaster. One of those wooden 3D dinosaur sets with a million pieces that you punch out and put together. They didn't punch out well. Which lead to broken pieces and plenty of frustration and a toss in the garbage. Except for a few pieces. Which were magically transformed into little signs and attached to a bedroom door...
The excitement and novelty of the trundle bed...all summer long! Max found that he just loved sleeping in the trundle. Nevermind that he didn't want a mattress in it. Just a pile of comforters and blankets. And that's where he slept all summer long. ;) And here he is just chilling with his dsi...
The end.
